For everyone interested in fiber optics, you can view this presentation online. You can also view a similar video presentation on the FOA YouTube channel where you will find many other lectures on fiber optics and premises cabling.   The FOA has had many requests, especially from teachers, for a short presentation aimed at introducing fiber optics to science or career education students and showing what career opportunities exist in the field. The Board Of Directors of the FOA pooled their knowledge and experience ( over a man-century's worth!) and created a short PowerPoint presentation for this purpose. We've tried to make it a "snazzy" to promote our industry. We annotated it to make it easy to narrate when you present it also.
