FOA Certification Renewals Are For 3 Years And Cost $100US

Note:
You must know your FOA Certification Number and Expiration
Date to
renew online. Many people refer to their FOA Certification
Number
as their "CFOT number" because they received their CFOT
first. To renew online, your FOA Certification must not have expired
more than 3 years ago. If
you need assistance, email the FOA at info@foa.org.
All
renewals are for 3 years and the fee is $100 US. One fee covers
ALL certifications held under one FOA Certification Number.
Click on the pull-down menu and choose your status.
Enter your Name in the field provided
(mandatory)
Enter your FOA Certification
Number and Expiration Date (MM/YY) in the field provided
(mandatory)
The email address you use for this renewal will be the identification
for your online credential. Please ensure the email is a unique personal
permanent email.
Save your receipt from PayPal for evidence of your renewal.
Click on the "Pay Now" button below to be directed to the FOA store on
PayPal for payment.
You will have a choice of paying by
PayPal or credit card.
You will need to provide an email address for your receipt which comes from PayPal.

have a PayPal account and do not want to create one, you just want
to use a credit card, you must UNSELECT the button shown below to just pay as a guest with a credit or debit card. It is easier to use the FOA Credit Card Payment page.
When you unselect the button, it should look like the one below.
Then choose "Pay now as Guest."
