FOA School Student Certification Application PaymentsEffective January 1, 2024, first certifications are now $65US and additional certifications are $35US each.The payment link is different and more convenient. You may make multiple payments at one time using the shopping cart. The certification fee is $65US for the first certification for each applicant and $35 per each additional certification for those who already have an FOA Certification Number. That means if the student is assigned a new FOA certification number with the certification application, the fee is $65US. If the student already has an FOA certification and a current certification number, the fee is $35US for each additional certification. You may use this method to pay for any number of FOA certifications of several different types. Student applications must be filed separately by email using the FOA Certification Application Submission spreadsheet. Please print a copy of this order or the confirming email you will receive from PayPal for your records. Include the PayPal Transaction ID on the first page of the student applications spreadsheet emailed tp FOA. Directions: Enter items in the "Buy Now" Button fields below. Choose the FOA Certification Cost cost - $65 or $35 from the drop down menu. Enter your FOA School Name and Date of The Class in the fields provided. (mandatory) Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the payment PayPal shopping cart. The shopping cart will open in a new window.  After adding this certification to the Cart, update the Quantity in the cart for the number of certifications you are paying for. (mandatory) Go back to the window for this page and add payment for additional certifications to the cart or to add payment for another class date. Repeat the process until you have entered all the certifications and/or classes you want to pay for. When all certification types are entered, click on one of the two options in the cart for payment - "Check Out" for credit card payment or "Check Out With Paypal" to pay with your PayPal account.
